Welcome to Hadria, pride of the North, bubbling with the intense activity of rich merchants, conscientious bourgeois, ingenious inventors ... and clever thieves. The Emperor Lucius IV is visiting the city and brought with him the Jewel of the Emperor, the most precious treasure of the kingdom. The bravest and most inventive thieves of the mysterious Guild are preparing to seize the jewel. They will have to lure many guards and captains seasoned, but the greatest danger comes from their rivals, armed with crazy devices, alchemical creations or incredible mechanical devices. In the end, only one of them will manage to escape from Hadria with the legendary booty!
The Night of Thieves is a board game combining strategy and adventure in a clockpunk universe for 2 to 4 players. Each player embodies a master thief in his art about to commit the most daring burglary of his career. During the game, players will explore the city and prepare to steal the Palace Emperor's Jewel. Upon his death, the alert will be given and the pace of the game will accelerate, each player having to leave Hadria before the last door is closed!
The game features a unique stock management system, while event cards leave little time for players to achieve their goals. It's up to you to be smarter than your rivals and escape with the most precious treasures before the guards throw you into the dungeon.
