The animals on Franz's farm like to get away from it all and with luck on the dice and by helping each other, the players have to try to get them back into the stable. If the players manage to keep the animals from leaving the last square of the trail, they all win together!
Short game rules: Add the 8 trails to the "start" game board (trail color ≠ starting square color) Place the stable in the middle. Distribute the animals as you wish on the starting squares. Shuffle and stack the cards face down and prepare the die. The game is played clockwise. Roll the die first. Each animal on the color of the die advances one square. If the die indicates the farmer, choose the animal that moves back one square. If the die indicates the dog, an animal returns to square one. Then, draw a card: Animal card = move this animal one square forward, Candy card = the corresponding animal moves back one square, Farmer card = move an animal one square back and dog card = move an animal back into the stable. The card is then discarded.
The game ends: - as soon as an animal passes the last square of its path = everyone has lost! - if the pickaxe is exhausted and no animal has run away, everyone has won!
