Welcome to the B.P.R.D., kid. It means Office of the Paranormal: Research and Defense, if you're interested. You know what? I'll tell you what. Your life has just become much weirder... In Hellboy: The Plateau Game, you play as members of a B.P.R.D. field team. As government agents investigating and eradicating paranormal threats, you will have to hunt down monsters, venture into forgotten crypts and interrupt cataclysmic rituals at the last moment.
One to four players will team up against the game, each controlling a B.P.R.D. field agent. Each agent has his or her own strengths and weaknesses and it is only by working together that you will have a chance to solve your investigation and get back to the base in one piece.
