The village of Tiefenthal attracts the citizens of the region thanks to its shopping streets and popular taverns... As the head of your tavern, make sure you have the means to attract new wealthy customers, because there is not enough money to expand and improve it sufficiently to welcome the local nobility! But money is not enough... make sure the beer is good and keeps flowing! The new challenge proposed by Wolfgang Warsch (author of, among others, the classic Très Futé) is the following: choose your dice as strategically as possible and develop your deck in the most efficient way.
The game is structured in five modules so that everyone can adapt the level of difficulty they want: Module 1: The basic game, to learn the rules easily. Module 2: Hire artists who will give you bonuses in exchange for a few glasses of Schnapps! Module 3: A Reputation Track will accompany the Tavernkeeper. After collecting Doubloons and Beer during the action phase, you will advance as many spaces on this track as the smaller of these two numbers, with bonuses and VPs. Bards and Tavern cards are also added. Module 4: Asymmetrical games, starting with different resource combinations. Module 5: Customers now sign your guestbook. Each completed box/row/column earns bonuses.
