Each player has cards allowing him to contribute to the construction by putting up new buildings. Each addition will obviously have an effect on the whole city: some will increase the need for garbage collection, reduce crime, increase traffic or grant bonuses.

A balance that needs to be preserved. Create residential areas, shopping malls, industrial zones and try to maintain a balance between ecology, education, crime... and financial constraints! Each zone has its own shape, and it won't be easy to make them cohabit without careful planning by all players. With each major step taken, you add a new game board, which multiplies the possibilities! Developing your city also means managing your budget. If you build buildings without the necessary funds, you'll go bankrupt... and you could lose the game!
