This expansion is the latest expansion for Clinic Deluxe Edition. It is beautifully packaged in a cardboard sleeve with artwork from the previous boxes. Why an expansion 4 ? when expansion 2 and 3 are not released ? The pandemic didn't allow enough time to test these 2 big expansions and their release is postponed to a later date. Nevertheless, the last part did not require any further testing, which is why I am offering it to you now. It closes the Clinic Deluxe Edition cycle.
