There are 10 new power cards in triplicate each: two for each faction plus two non-faction cards. The victory card is Power Hunt, which is about defeating the Outsider. The Ultimate card is Avalanche, a completely different signature move for Brylvar.

Skytear was funded on the Crowdfunding Kickstarter (See the campaign) platform on the Jun 6, 2019, the campaign lasted 16 days. 1,201 people helped funded the game, whose the amount requested was €35,000.00. Thanks to these 1,201 people the game could be funded up to €117,473.00, ~335.64%.
