Enter the Second World War as either the Allied Coalition or the Axis powers battle for control of the major theatres of operation! Face many decisive choices! Draw Unit Chits from your bag to determine your strength and compensate for losses. A good sense of the battlefield will allow you to allocate your military resources to the best positions for the campaigns of each decisive battle, ensuring victory. The board represents five different Theatres of Operations: each Theatre of Operations is made up of Campaigns, represented by a row of Combat boxes. Combat boxes may be Land (and may only be occupied by Land or Air forces), Sea (and may only be occupied by Naval or Air forces), or Land/Sea (and may be occupied by Land, Naval or Air forces).
Each player chooses his side: either the Axis or the Allied coalition. Each player starts the game with a supply of Unit Chits in his bag and draws three. On his turn, the player places a Unit Chit on a free Combat Box and applies the effect to that box. The Confrontation marker of the relevant Theatre of Operation is moved according to the value of the Unit Chit played, before drawing a new Unit Chit. A Campaign is over as soon as a player places a Unit Chit on the last free Combat space in a row. After moving the Confrontation marker the number of spaces equal to the strength of the Unit Chit, check which side the Confrontation marker is on to score Victory Points. The game ends when a player totals 25 Victory Points or cannot place any of his Unit Chits.
