There's no shortage of crime in cruel 1940s Los Angeles! Each detective tries to outdo his colleagues by being faster than the others. If that means intimidating suspects, spying on fellow detectives or hiding evidence, who cares? One of the players is the Puppeteer, who competes with the Inspectors by influencing the course of the investigations. The game's Modular Answer Card system allows him to control the suspects' answers, and he can try to make them lie to send the Inspectors on false leads. The other players are Inspectors, who can play alone or in teams. They must solve the investigation faster than their colleagues. Be smarter, more efficient and don't let the Puppeteer fool you!
