Caesar's Empire is a game for 2 to 5 players that consists of building roads for the glory of Rome! Caesar's Empire takes place in the universe of the famous Asterix comic book series. However, instead of playing as one of the die-hard Gauls, this time you will be on the side of the great Julius Caesar! As a member of his entourage, your mission is to push back the limits of his empire. Whoever brings the most glory to Rome will be richly rewarded!
In Caesar's Empire, you will have to build roads to connect Rome to new cities across the country. Each time you build a road, you score points. Each new city you reach provides you with City and Treasure tokens that are worth points at the end of the game. The game ends when Rome is connected to all the cities on the board. After adding the value of the City and Treasure Chits to the points scored during the game, the player with the most points wins!
