In Mercado de Lisboa, players buy stalls in the market, open new businesses that influence these stalls and bring them customers. Mercado de Lisboa is a filler game, a tile placement game based on the Lisboa city building system in which players pay money to own stalls in the market, open restaurants next to them to improve their profit and bring in customers who earn money for the players with corresponding stalls.
