This expansion adds two new mechanisms: Breaking News cards that trigger the keywords you can find on the Player cards and Reputation Track, and 14 new Council Meeting cards. During the match day, read a Breaking News card with the media coverage of your match to see if any of your players' keywords are mentioned. This can trigger an unexpected consequence for your game, with your match ending differently than you expected!
All 36 Breaking News cards have a unique outcome, making each game different and adding an amazing thematic flavor to your experience. Increase the replayability of your game with 14 new Board Meeting cards that you can add to the base game. The new Breaking News and Board Meeting cards in this expansion influence your club's reputation level, which is shown on the new Reputation Track. Depending on your reputation level, your club will receive advantages or penalties in future matches.
