The frozen horror rose from the icy grave where it had rested for the past few centuries, recovering its strength and awaiting the call of Zargon. Finally, that call came, and the raging beast returned to its former seat of power deep within the ice mountain. As we speak, it is gathering its minions and mobilising its plans to cover the Northern Lands and the Kingdom in a shroud of deadly ice. Barbarian, you must summon courage and skills you never knew you had to face the evil of the icy horror!
In HeroQuest: Ice Horror, an expansion for the HeroQuest game system, you must travel through the dark and icy Northlands to destroy the evil of the Frozen Horror, a ferocious creature long since banished. As a mighty barbarian, you must first survive dangerous solo quests to prove your strength and courage. Only then will your fellow heroes join you to access the ice mountain to destroy the sceptre of the ice majesty and defeat the terrible monster.
