Give me the child. Through countless dangers and hardships, I have fought my way to the castle beyond the Goblin City to reclaim the child you stole, for my will is as strong as yours, and my kingdom as great. Jim Henson's Labyrinth: The Board Game is a wonderful exploration of the film for 1-5 players in which Sarah, Ludo, Sir Didymus and Hoggle must venture into the labyrinth and make their way to the Goblin City to rescue Toby from Jareth, the Goblin King!
The board is very simplistic, beautifully illustrated and dominated by the title maze. This is the maze that players must navigate each time they wish to save Sarah's little brother. Each game is different, with the empty spaces on the cards being filled by the magical encounters and monsters described on the pack of cards supplied with the game, ensuring great replayability and unpredictability of the game, giving Labyrinth its signature.
The game consists of two distinct stages, one in which the group must venture into the labyrinth trying to find the goblin city while keeping their willpower as high as possible (no one wants to fall into oblivion!), and a second stage in which the players must make their way into Jareth's castle where Sarah must speak the magic words that will free her brother.
