Capturing thralls is part of the Ironborn Reaper tradition, and Ironborn trappers excel at bringing enemies back alive. Trappers are not designed for front lines, but rather to flank and hinder heavier enemy units with their long barbed lances and tangled nets. With Trappers on one side and virtually any other unit on the other, even the most heavily armoured knights will find themselves overwhelmed and defeated in short order. That said, Trappers are not suited to prolonged engagements, and are easy prey for long-range bows.
