14 April 1912 - 23:40 - North Atlantic - The Titanic collides with an iceberg. Immediately, water rushes into the holds and the ship quickly takes on a worrying list, leaving little hope for the final outcome. Alone, or in cooperation with other crew members, be organised and resourceful and try to save as many passengers as possible! Time is running out... SOS Titanic is a cooperative game based on the well-known mechanics of success. Players take on the role of crew members of the famous ship. Their goal is to save as many passengers as possible together. On the ship, the passengers are represented on numbered sets of cards, two sets of first class and two sets of second class. They must be guided and arranged in order by class in the queues on the decks, which will then allow them to board a lifeboat.
On each turn, the active player can: either organise the evacuation by drawing passengers to play one of them at the end of a queue or on a lifeboat. If he fails to organise the evacuation, a page is turned in the booklet and the shipwreck moves forward one step, thus accelerating the end of the game. Or play an Action card which allows him, for example, to equalise the lines, to go and get a specific passenger from the deck or to gain time. Each player has a special ability that will help the group in the game. The game ends when the players have turned the last page of the booklet or when they have saved all the passengers. The team's score then depends on the number of passengers saved.
