Welcome to the northern expanse, a place where nature is still unexplored, mystical and dangerous. When humans first arrived, they thought they had found an untouched paradise, filled with bountiful forests, fishy lakes and cold, fresh water flowing from the mountains. But as their settlements expanded and the surrounding forests dwindled, nature itself reacted. Large creatures known as beasts appeared, and with their fangs, claws and mystical powers, they posed an incredible threat to humans. In order to protect the settlements, humans recruited specialised hunters to hunt down and kill the beasts before too many of their own kind perished.

Beast was funded on the Crowdfunding Kickstarter (See the campaign) platform on the Oct 28, 2021, the campaign lasted 30 days. 8,817 people helped funded the game, whose the amount requested was SEK 130,000.00. Thanks to these 8,817 people the game could be funded up to SEK 5,807,339.00, ~4,467.18%.
