The initial earthquakes were only minor tremors, but as the earth began to collapse, our sense of security also increased. We saw the cliffs of Hytazch falling into the sea. Mighty ancient trees, engulfed by the caves below. As the waters rose, a great roar was heard over the plains. It was not a cry of disbelief or sorrow, but of jubilation. Songs began to fill the air as our once peaceful hosts now prepared for war. Suddenly on the horizon, what appeared to be huge bolts of energy shot into the depths of space, only to disappear again. Despite the inevitable shockwave heading our way, the clans continued to cheer as they hurried towards the source of the fire.
What could cause such elation? Why abandon caution for chaos? Have we missed something - a crucial misunderstanding of this planet and its inhabitants? Arriving at the site, we were immediately immersed in combat. Across the landscape were six massive structures, towering over the forces fighting below. They seemed to pulsate and shimmer with a golden haze. Could these be the ancient relics of which Oxataya spoke? There is so much we still do not understand, but we cannot give in to indecision. Will we stay and fight, or retreat to Moontide? In Circadians: Chaos Order, players take on the role of 1 of 6 asymmetric factions. Each faction has its own ways to win the game, unique leaders, attribute cards and other abilities.
