Whichever game you choose, spot the one and only identical symbol between two cards faster than your opponents and then name it out loud. Then, pick up the card with the same symbol as yours, discard your card or give it to an opponent, depending on the rules of the variant you are playing.
You can play all the mini games in order, in disorder, or play the same one over and over again. The main thing is to have fun!
