The Crisis extension contains 4 different boosters each containing 12 cards: Bases & ships - Fleets & bastions - Events - Heroes. The Boosters Crisis "Bases & Vessels" and "Fleets & Bastions" enrich your deck with new ships and new bases. The Boosters Crisis "Events" and "Heroes" add new rules to the game. As soon as an Event appears, it impacts all players. When a player buys a Hero, he puts it directly in front of him, so he can use his power later in the game.
