In expansion 2, you will be confronted with the Pedersen Twins, dangerous criminals. The Pedersen Twins are surrounded by the feds on their latest smuggling operation. Trapped in the harbour master's office, they have taken hostages and it's up to you to prevent the situation from escalating. In this expansion, you will be faced with TWO hostage takers at the same time! The new "Decision" cards will represent your choices that will have repercussions for the rest of the game.
