Welcome to the town of Minivilles. You have just been elected mayor. Congratulations! Unfortunately, the citizens have some rather important demands: jobs, a theme park, a few cheese dairies and maybe even a radio tower. A difficult proposition because the city currently consists of a wheat field, a bakery and a single dice.
Armed only with your trusty dice and a dream, you have to make Minivilles the largest city in the region. You will need to collect revenues from developments, build public buildings and steal from your neighbors' coffers. Just make sure they don't do the same to you! Minivilles is a fast game for 2 to 5 players. Each player wants to develop the city on their own terms in order to complete all the monuments under construction faster than their rivals. In turn, each player rolls one or two dice. If the sum of the dice rolled equals the number of buildings a player owns, he gets the effect of that building; in some cases, opponents will also benefit from your dice (just as you can benefit from theirs).
Then, with the money available, a player can build a monument or a new building, ideally enriching his city in the future. The first player who builds all his monuments wins!
