An expansion to Cactus Town introducing single player and 5 player modes. It also introduces a new asymmetric party to Cactus Town: the Lone Ranger. Commissioned by the Federal Marshal, his goal is to keep everyone under control until the Marshal's task force arrives, trusting no one but himself. A new turn-based game mechanic will put a time limit on your games, ending the game when the event deck is exhausted and the Marshal arrives.
In the single player mode, you'll play as the Outlaws and race against the clock to get your looting done before the Marshal arrives... while the Lone Ranger interferes with your plans, being your automaton opponent. In a 2-5 player game, you can take on the role of the Lone Ranger yourself, trying to prevent the others from completing their objectives and manipulating events to gain time and speed up the arrival of the Marshal. Note that the Lone Ranger is a necessary faction for any 5 player game, as it imposes a natural time limit on the game.
