Fleet: The Dice Game - Dicey Waters adds a new colourful mini-scorepad to the game with 8 new buildings in a fishing village. Each building offers a new advantage or tactic, but the only way to tick a box in the fishing village is to use any die as a coin and not use the face of the die, i.e. "pass".
