From the Battle of Britain in the summer and fall of 1940 to the incursions of USAAF bombers over Nazi territory and Japanese cities in mid-1945, the planes and the men and women who flew them had a great influence on both the outcome of the war and the hard fighting taking place thousands of feet below them. The pre-painted miniature airplanes provided in this expansion and the accompanying flight rules invite you to take to the skies! You're about to relive all the battles you've fought to date from a new perspective, seen from the air!
These air rules have been designed to adapt and easily add to the more than eight hundred scenarios published by the player community in the "Scenarios from the Front" section of the site. We've also decided to add three counter and hex boards to this expansion to improve the visual aspect of your battlefields. Finally, this extension would not be complete without the 120 summary maps that describe in detail all the terrain, special rules, troops and nations introduced in the basic game and its extensions. We hope you enjoy the many hours of flight that await you and wish you a safe flight!
