A game of skill and atmosphere that will make you laugh... and sweat! Sombreros are round pucks, about the size of underblocks. To win a game of Sombrero, you have to be very skillful in catching the Sombrero, a gesture that players will perform many times per game: you place a Sombrero on the edge of the table, making it protrude slightly towards you, you propel the Sombrero in the air by giving it a tap from underneath, the Sombrero flies away while spinning and you have to catch it in the air with one hand! Then, simply shout the word written on one of the sides of the Sombrero (Caramba, Olé, Yéba, or Yiiiha).
Players have several Challenge cards in their hand. On your turn, you challenge a single opponent, all your opponents (up to 7), or a team you choose. To win the round, you must win the challenge described on your challenge card: catch as many Sombreros as possible in 30 seconds, the same thing, by team and in two times 30 seconds (better choose your teammate), always in 30 seconds, send as many Sombreros as possible to your imposed teammate, do not be the last to catch your Sombrero, avoid at all costs to make your Sombrero fall under penalty of going to run (or to make your teammate run) around a chair at the other end of the room before resuming the challenge. etc.
It is obvious that every time you miss your Sombrero, you lose time picking it up, or even running to get it... Every player who wins a challenge, takes a Challenge card from his opponent. The first player to have 6 of them is declared the winner! As you can see, Sombrero is a completely crazy game, with totally crazy games, making you laugh but also sweat!
