Little Hong Kong, tiger time. A sampan loaded with contraband goods slides silently through the dark waters of the port of Aberdeen... In Cargo Noir, a game by Serge Laget, the players play as smugglers engaged in all kinds of trafficking. The game takes place in the atmosphere typical of film noir of the 1950s and is structured around the world's major smuggling ports. Players send their cargo to the ports of interest to win the goods, which will then be stored in their warehouses and resold in combinations to acquire Victory cards.
Black Cargo is an easy game to learn, but there are many different ways to win. It is as pleasant and tasty for two players as it is for five, which is rare for a commercial game of this kind!
