The galaxy has remained at peace for many years. After the terrible war between Earth and the Hegemony (30.027-33.364) many efforts were made by the interstellar navigating peoples to avoid another devastating conflict. The Galactic Council was formed to maintain peace and prevent the escalation of hostile acts.
Despite this, discord once again reigns among the 7 major peoples and within the Council itself. Old alliances are weakening and diplomatic agreements are being made in secret. A confrontation between the superpowers now seems inevitable and its outcome is a mystery. Which faction will emerge victorious and rule the galaxy? After years of peace, the galaxy is once again plunged into darkness. Lead your people to victory!
