The Sleeper transforms indolence into virtue, while the God of Entropy, Tsathoggua, the God of Greed, emerges from the depths to turn the world upside down. The Sleeper can force enemy factions to make sacrifices to him, and he is able to capture and sacrifice enemy monsters. In addition, he brings out ancient spells, with monsters that appear for free on the map, digging their way out of the underground, mysterious sorcerers who are able to teleport themselves onto an enemy player's Faction map and interfere with their special abilities, and the terrible Formless Spawn.
The Formless Spawn, an iconic monster, has a fighting strength equal to the number of them on the map. For example, if you have all four Formless Spawn in play, each has a Combat of 4 (which is huge). He has other abilities such as Cursed Sleep, Lethargy, Death from Below, and Terrier, which allow him to do more with less, making him the most energy-efficient faction per turn.
