In Skyliners your goal is to see as many buildings as possible (skyscrapers and parks) at the end of the game. Each player will have to make sure to place his floors judiciously in order to be the one who will benefit the most. And to enjoy more. At the end of the game, you will want to see the most skyscrapers and parks from your line of sight. You will have to make sure that your opponents do not erect a building in front of your nose. Your plans will have to take into account the machinations of your opponents and you will seek to be one step ahead of them at all times.
