An epic duel in the heart of ancient Egypt! Imhotep Duel is a strategy game for two players. Nefertiti and Akhenaten face each other in a challenge of builders, in order to demonstrate their power. The first of them to complete the construction of four monuments will be covered with glory. To carry out these constructions, it will be necessary to cleverly unload the ships arrived at the port with the precious raw materials... and sneakily block the opponent's progress!
"Interaction, strategy and deceit" Imhotep Duel expands the range of 2 Kosmos players (Lost Cities, Kahuna, Targui and Andor). More frontal than his older brother (Imhotep, Les bâtisseurs d'Égypte), Imhotep Duel is a game in which low shots are strongly encouraged to hope to win. In each game turn, players can place workers in the port, unload cargo from ships, or play actions. It is up to the players to know how to intelligently place their workers to make the most of the boats at the quayside.
The cargo (randomly distributed on the ships at the beginning of the game) allows to build the four monuments. Each monument has its own score calculation, allowing multiple strategies. Rich in interactions and situation reversals, Imhotep Duel also offers two levels of difficulty for optimal replayability!
