Les Charlatans de Belcastel: Mégabox

The original The Charlatans of Belcastel game, plus the Witches Mingle expansion, all packaged in a large box! The Wolfgang's Exchange Office mini-expansion is also included for good measure. In The Charlatans of Belcastel: Megabox, players are charlatans - or charlatan doctors - who each prepare their own secret brew by adding ingredients one by one. But be careful what you add, because a pinch too much of this or that will spoil the whole mixture! Each player has their own bag of ingredient tokens. During each round, they draw tokens simultaneously and add them to their pot. The higher the face value of the drawn token, the further it is placed in the vortex, increasing the value of your potion. Push your luck as far as you can, but if you add too many cherry bombs, your pot explodes!

At the end of each round, players earn victory points and coins to spend on new ingredients to add to their bags, depending on the strength of the ingredients in their pots. But players whose pots explode must choose between points or coins - not both! The player with the most victory points at the end of the nine rounds wins the game.

Since its release, Les Charlatans de Belcastel: Mégabox has won numerous awards and has been particularly well received by players.
