The Teen Titans fight each other in Teen Titans Go! Mayhem, where each team fights to be the first to collect 5 victory points (VPs). Teen Titans Go! Mayhem is built around the "Mayhem System", a character versus character team battle system in which the most direct method for a team to gain VPs is to eliminate their opponents. Characters use items and powers to fight the enemy team, with combat damage changing each round based on the Mayhem die. All Titans have a power that directly attacks their opponents, either with an attack or with fire tokens. Fire tokens deal damage equal to the Mayhem die, like a normal attack, but they deal their damage at the start of each round.
When a character is knocked out, they are removed from the board and their opponent gains VPs, with the knocked out character returning to play on the next turn. When you are not fighting, you use teamwork to complete missions from the special GO! pack and have a chance to gain VP.
