Do not shuffle the Event Deck! Keep it in numerical order, as shown by the numbers on the back side of the Cards. Place the unshuffled Deck on its corresponding spot on the Game Board, numbered-back-side up. Shuffle the two Exploration Decks separately. Place each on their corresponding spots on the Game Board.
