In the Pocket Detective series of games, players investigate a variety of confusing cases and mysterious stories. Players gather clues, interview suspects, make arrests and match pieces of information to successfully solve the case. On each turn, a player chooses one of the cards available on that turn. These cards can represent a clue, a location, the questioning of a witness, a special action, the arrest of a suspect, etc. Using the cards received during the investigation, the player finds out what really happened. The objective is to solve a case in a minimum number of turns.
