A bomb found in a chemical factory! Luckily, a raging hurricane has cut off the small town you are in from the rest of the world. You must take charge of the investigation, find the criminals and save the town! In the third part, there are no clock icons on the maps, unlike the other cases in this series. You will track the time in a different way. When following certain links, you will be asked to reveal the top card of the special deck. You must do this on the same turn, and it has nothing to do with the correctness of your choice. It simply shows your progress towards the outcome. Depending on how long an action takes or how dangerous it is.
If at least one of the players has played the 1st or 2nd case, you can try your hand at being a policeman or journalist. Don't try to cheat or your skill will fail you at the most inopportune moment!
