In the Stone Age, as the leader of your clan, you are responsible for the well-being of the entire clan. You need to develop new knowledge and new ways to be able to hunt your food effectively or to learn how to control fire. With the help of this new knowledge, you will find the resources to feed your clan and discover new hunting territories.
In this game, you are always faced with difficult decisions: which technology gives you the best advantage; when is the right time to expand your clan; which hunting regions will offer the most resources? Discovering new hunting territories and trying to secure parts of the playing surface for your clan are important factors to consider in your strategy. Empty spaces on the playing surface are cheaper to establish your clan than to establish yourself on a space that has already been occupied by another clan. If you are the first to increase your clan to 13 individuals, you win the first sparks!
You will find some similarities with Megawatts, such as the idea of making your city (or clan) more autonomous and prosperous than others by using various resources. However, Megawatts is in a much more modern era and dynamic than Premières Étincelles, since in the former we are trying to develop power plants and supply our city with electricity, while in the latter we want to find resources to feed and expand our clan. Premières Étincelles will allow you to return to the roots of the creation of civilization.
