The 9th additional army for Neuroshima Hex! Compared to other American cities, Vegas was relatively spared the war. It remains one of the few places where pre-conflict civilization persists. We live there better than anywhere else. In return, it has served as a magnet for all that America has to offer of unsavoury people. Everyone knows that in Vegas, you can get what you want, as long as you put a price on it. Vegas' strength lies not in its army or heavy weapons, but in its wealth, its mastery of machine programming and its handling skills.
Vegas' asset is its ability to turn enemy forces against itself, thanks to the ability of the HQ and the Agitators. Another major advantage is the mobility of his army. Its main weaknesses are its number of soldiers and their initiative.
