In a time when men and dragons are enemies, former adventurers have betrayed their original guild and are now in the service of a dragon. They protect him from the repeated assaults of adventurers lured by the dragon's fabulous treasure buried in the castle's basement. As guardians of the dragon's castle, you fight the adventurers. You move the dragon to collect tiles (positive or negative depending on your guild of origin) and give some to your neighbor. You will have to position the dragon wisely, watch your treasures, without forgetting the tribute to the dragon...
Dragon Keeper is a cooperative fake where each player plays for himself, with a defeat that can be collective. At the beginning of the game, each player receives a secret identity corresponding to the guild to which his character belongs (warrior, thief...). The 3 boards are filled with tiles. Each tile represents a guild and offers a certain number of points (from 1 to 6). On each turn, you collect a tile and give one to the previous player. The tile that the next player can pick up will depend on the location of the tile you gave away, creating a strong interaction.
The goal for each player is to get the most points but the fewest tiles that match their guild. If a player can no longer move the dragon, the turn ends. The board is removed from that level and the next level is played. Depending on the number of tiles left in the completed level, each player must pay a penalty to the dragon. If a player can't pay, he is eliminated. You get money back every time you give your right neighbor a tile worth 3 points or more. Some tiles also have a special action that will allow you to play an extra turn, to exchange a tile with an opponent, to remove tiles from your guild at the end of the game... At the end of the game, you have to pay a tribute: each player discards his highest pile. If it is his original guild, he also discards the second highest. The points are then counted, knowing that the tiles of the original guide are worth negative points.
