In Scythia, each player is represented by a character trying to make his faction the richest and most powerful in all of Eastern Europe. Players explore and conquer new territories, recruit new recruits and workers, produce resources, build buildings and deploy terrifying combat mechanics. Players usually start a game of Scythian by developing their infrastructure and exploring the different territories before fighting.
The game progresses as players place their stars (successes) on the game board, and ends as soon as one of them places his 6th star on the Triumph Track.
Since its release October 2016, Scythe has won numerous awards and has been particularly well received by players. If you don't put it down or haven't played it yet, you absolutely need it in your game library, with Scythe, you'll have a great time with your friends, below the reward obtained by the game : 2017 (As d'Or - Jeu de l'Année Expert).

Scythe was funded on the Crowdfunding Kickstarter (See the campaign) platform on the Nov 6, 2015, the campaign lasted 23 days. 17,739 people helped funded the game, whose the amount requested was $33,000.00. Thanks to these 17,739 people the game could be funded up to $1,810,294.70, ~5,485.74%.
